Hi! I really like your piece about horses. I also like how you told the reader the life cycle of the horse with the specific names instead of saying then and after that. Is it really true that wild horses do not have a nose? You made a small mistake though... you said that horses breathe only through their nostrils. They do not breathe with nose or mouth, like humans. Isn't our nostrils the same as our nose? Good job!
Eliya, I really learned a lot reading your piece and I grew up with horses at my house. I did not know that horses only breath through their nostrils. I guess that is why they are always making funny noises. I also thought it was interesting to consider how much oxygen a horse needs to move that fast. Anyway, thanks for teaching me so much about such a magical animal. Your pictures are great too!
